OF&G Chief Executive, Richard Jacobs
Richard possesses a wide and authoritative knowledge of organic food and farming as well as the policy that governs it.
He is a member of the Government's Advisory Committee on Organic Standards (ACOS) as well as the current chairman of the UK Organic Certifiers Group (UKOCG).
He has been involved in organic certification with Organic Farmers & Growers for almost a decade. Prior to that he was an organic beef and arable farmer for eight years, working for four of those years with Elm Farm Research Centre, in Newbury.
Richard is regularly sought for interview by both the broadcast and print news media, as well as many trade publications.
